Children and adolescents' intellectual development centers have a special place as educational support spaces for children and adolescents. The goals of the centers are mostly related to cultural services, providing books, educational classes and educational support, and other such services. Spatial hierarchy, as a highly influential factor for improving spatial performance, can lead to increased space efficiency and, as a result, greater attractiveness and public acceptance of the building. In recent years, the level of public acceptance of these buildings has decreased, which may be due to spatial performance. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the spatial performance of children and adolescents' intellectual development centers based on spatial hierarchy using the spatial syntax technique. The present research is descriptive-analytical. In terms of functionality, it is applied with the aim of evaluating spatial performance in intellectual development centers in Isfahan. The research method is combined (quantitative and qualitative) and ordinal in type. The required documents were collected using library, field, and document methods and evaluated using the "UCL Depthmap" software. In building number two and the children's library (related to the second Pahlavi period), the spatial performance in the original plan was appropriate; however, in the case of the children's library, this performance has gradually decreased, which is due to the creation of inappropriate decoration in the original plan in recent years. This has caused disruption and decreased performance in other spaces. In two buildings number one and three (related to the post-Islamic Revolution), the spatial performance is average, the reason for which can perhaps be found in the inflexibility of the building.
