Providing housing is of great importance, especially in modern and urbanized societies today. Housing, as a basic need for life and survival, creating comfort and welfare, and creating social, spatial, and economic justice, is an important part of urban development programs. However, the quantity and quality of urban housing is strongly affected by the logic of spatial, social, and economic inequality prevailing in cities. . , creating changes in the market, and the impact on social-spatial justice or segregation, the aim of this article is to analyze spatial inequality as an indicator for housing planning in Tehran province. The research method is descriptive-analytical and the type of research is applied, and data collection regarding selected indicators related to spatial analysis was carried out using the library study method. To analyze and compare the level of dispersion of indicators among the regions of Tehran, descriptive statistics parameters were used, and to analyze spatial inequalities, zoning maps were drawn in the geographic information system and calculations and analysis were made on the relevant descriptive tables. Using the spatial weighted regression model, three indicators of spatial dispersion of housing, spatial dispersion of residence, and spatial dispersion of migration were selected as research samples. Moran's spatial autocorrelation analysis was used to analyze the indicators. The results indicate that the dispersion of the three indicators used for Tehran province is mostly seen in the northern, northeastern, and northwestern parts. The spatial distribution pattern of built housing is clustered, while these clusters are scattered in the Ken district. Also, the distribution pattern of randomly settled people and the migration index showed a cluster pattern. Tehran is one of the most important centers of immigrant populations, and most of the geographical distribution has been in the counties of Shemiranat, Kan district, central parts of Tehran, and Damavand.
